As part of oksimo.org, we started an English version edited by Louwrence Erasmus (Pretoria, South Africa). Louwrence has been working with Gerd Doeben-Henisch for more than two decades in formalising the systems engineering process [SEP] and human-machine interaction [HMI]. They also did some research in Computational Semiotics [CS] together as framework for a unifying approach for ‚collective human and machine intelligence‘ [CH:MI]. Louwrence will contribute with case studies from South Africa, especially from the Gauteng Province and with a focus on the City of Tshwane Metropolitan Municipality consisting of 24 areas.
